For me,the favorite part of the physical conditional training will be Foot exercises.

How many conditional trainings you have in a week?

Usually i have three sessions of physical training.

Do you have a dedicated fitness trainer?

Yes,i do have a dedicated fitness trainer!

What do you like the most and what is your least favorite part in conditional training? 

For me,the favorite part of the physical conditional training will be Foot exercises.

What are your strengths and weaknesses in this type of training?

My strengths in this training will be my left leg because you know usually a fencer have a dominant leg and non-dominant leg,My left leg will be my dominant leg that’s why i am good at it and my weaknesses will be my right leg.

What kind of tools do you use if any (e.g. kettle bell, power band…etc.)? 

Usually i will use Dumbbell for my foot exercises.

What do you do to prevent injuries?

Is better to do in a good position and try to start with body weight.

Have you ever had a serious injury/operation? If yes, how long did it take to get back in shape?

Lucky i didn’t have any serious injury,but i do have a injury in my left Albow.So i always use some ice after my training and i will go to phyiso.

What do you think about the importance of physical condition of fencers nowadays and before? Has it changed a lot? How dominant is it in fencing?

I think nowadays upper body become more important then before.before i thought the most important will be footwork but now i think is better to make both balance!
