RULES OF THE GAME

The Calibur Video Challenge ("Game") launched by PBT Fencing Hungary is available on PBT Fencing Hungary's Instagram page. The basis of the Game is for the players to make videos of themselves and share them by placing the tags #pbtfencing #caliburvideocontest and tagging the @pbt_fencing Instagram profile. PBT Fencing Hungary will publish the prizes of the game in a news or comment on the timeline. The duration of the game and the time of the announcement of the results are determined by PBT Fencing Hungary, the announcement of the results takes place at a place designated by PBT Fencing Hungary.

Duration of the game: 03.10.2022 - 04.11.2022.
The Prize: 1 set of Calibur Fencing Wireless Smart Device.
Method of decision: The jury of PBT Fencing Hungary selects the winning video.

1. PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME/SWEEPSTAKES

1.2 XXXIV of 1991 on the purchase of participation in the Game and the organization of gambling. other conditions defined by law do not form a prerequisite. Only the person who fulfills the conditions specified in the comment or news posted on the timeline by PBT Fencing Hungary and who has read and acknowledged these Game Rules - accepts all its conditions - is entitled to participate in the Game and win a prize.

1.3 All natural persons can participate in the Game if they meet the conditions set out in the Game Rules, with the exception of employees of PBT Fencing Hungary and their close relatives, as well as employees of agencies and subcontractors participating in the organization of the Game and their close relatives.

1.4 Participation in the Game is voluntary. Conditions for participation in the Game, – the Player is a natural person meeting the conditions of point 1.3; – the Player has Instagram access and an e-mail address; – the Player likes and includes the members @pbt_fencing, #pbtfencing and #caliburvideocontest in the shared video. – the Player meets all other conditions that PBT Fencing Hungary defines on its timeline.

2. PRIVACY PROVISIONS

2.1 By participating in the game, the player accepts the "Privacy Statement" published on the PBT Fencing Hungary website.

2.2 PBT Fencing Hungary occasionally requests registration for the games published on the timeline, we store the collected data - it selects from the stored data and tries to reach the winner based on the given data - it does NOT release any data to third parties! If the winner does not respond to the Instagram notification sent to him within two working days, PBT Fencing Hungary will repeat the election and notify the old winner that his status as a winner has been deleted. Other provisions:- Children under the age of 14 may not play,- PBT Fencing Hungary will not publish the winner's data on the Instagram timeline,- PBT Fencing Hungary may publish the photo or video material of the winner on the timeline, with the written consent of the winner,- the game will be held on Instagram, but Instagram or any other Facebook-related company/enterprise has nothing to do with it, and is not responsible for the organization of the game/raffle.

3. WINNER NOTIFICATION, ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES:

3.1 The winners of the Game will be informed by PBT Fencing Hungary in a private message on Facebook or in a letter sent to the mailboxes of the winners. Collection of prizes: they will be mailed to the address agreed upon during the successful contact at the expense of PBT Fencing Hungary.

3.2 The winner must prove his/her identity with a suitable identity document. If the winner is limited in his capacity to act, he is entitled to receive the prize (for substantive administration related to the prize) only together with his legal representative. If the winner is incapacitated, only his legal representative can act on his behalf.

3.3 The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or exchanged for cash. PBT Fencing Hungary reserves the right to replace the prizes with other prizes of similar value and type if the given prize is no longer available from the stock.
