How many conditional trainings you have in a week?
I have 6 conditional trainings a week, each one strengthening different fitness elements.

I have a very dedicated fitness trainer that is always developing new ideas and trying to be creative so that the training can be varied and exciting.

How many conditional trainings you have in a week?
From early May 2020, we resume the training at the Sport Institute, so we have been coming back into the ‘normal’ training for 2 months, and I have my conditional training 3 times a week.
Do you have a dedicated fitness trainer?
Yes, I have a very good fitness trainer with me for more that 10 years! We have been working together for London 2012 and Rio 2016.
